Seller listing standard
How to list fingerboard decks, trucks, wheels, and completes accurately
Listing standard for sellers: what to disclose, what to photograph, and how to describe condition without overclaiming.
Make the listing easy to check
A good listing helps a buyer understand the part without guessing. Separate what you know from what you are still unsure about.
- List measurements, model names, mold/shape, condition, and included hardware.
- Photograph proof next to the part instead of relying on memory.
- Use source-backed wording for packaging, era, and collaboration claims.
Condition language buyers understand
Condition should describe the observable state of the item, not just a broad rating.
- Decks: show chips, lacquer, delamination, holes, nose, and tail.
- Trucks: show axles, baseplates, bushings, pivot cups, screws, and nuts.
- Wheels: show flat spots, yellowing, bearing seats, spin, wobble, and packaging.

Packaging, molds, compatibility
Signals are clues to double-check
A signal is a clue, not automatic proof. It might be a package, mold name, measurement, engraving, or compatibility detail. Ask for clear photos and source-backed wording before paying more or making a strong listing claim. You may see this term across Kingpin as we add more listing guidance; the examples are prompts to inspect, not guarantees.
